End-User License Agreement

This agreement applies to the Wall & Design CRM (the "App"), a private internal tool operated by RESSTEL SOLUTIONS CORP., doing business as Wall & Design ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the App

The App is licensed only to our own staff and authorized collaborators, using accounts we create. It is not offered to the public and no one may create an account on their own. You must keep your login credentials confidential and use two-step verification where available.

2. Permitted use

You may use the App only for the business of Wall & Design: managing customers, projects, contracts, estimates, invoices, payments, and financial tracking. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or share access to the App, or use it in violation of any law.

3. Third-party services

The App connects to third-party services (including Intuit QuickBooks Online, DocuSign, Resend, Supabase, and Vercel). Your use of each service remains subject to that provider's own terms. We may connect or disconnect them at any time.

4. Data

Business data entered into or created by the App belongs to Wall & Design. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Financial figures shown by the App are working aids and do not replace the company's official accounting records.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend access at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
