Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Wall & Design CRM (the "App") handles information. The App is a private, internal business tool operated by RESSTEL SOLUTIONS CORP., doing business as Wall & Design ("we", "us"), Orlando, Florida, USA. It is used only by our own staff and is not offered to the public or to other companies.

Information we handle

• Customer contact details that we enter ourselves (name, email, phone, address), project details, contracts, and payment records.
• Information you send us through a quote request form on our website (name, phone, email, ZIP code and project details), together with the ad or campaign that brought you to the page. We use it only to contact you about your project.
• From QuickBooks Online, once we connect our own company account: customer names and email addresses, invoice data, and payment status of the invoices created by the App.
• Sign-in information for our staff accounts (email and an encrypted password managed by our authentication provider).

How we use it

We use QuickBooks data only to create invoices for our own customers, to read whether those invoices were paid, and to record those payments in our project files. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

• The App is hosted on Vercel (United States). Data is stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database.
• Access requires a staff login; the database rejects requests that are not authenticated.
• The QuickBooks connection tokens are stored only on the server, in a database table that cannot be read from the browser, and are never shown in the App or sent to a browser.
• Connections use HTTPS.

Sharing with service providers

We use service providers to run the App: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), DocuSign (contract signatures), Resend (email delivery), and Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep business records for as long as needed for our operations and legal obligations. You can disconnect the App from QuickBooks at any time from your QuickBooks account (Apps), which revokes the App's access; we then stop reading QuickBooks data. To ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, contact us at the address below.
